A propos
After graduating from the École Supérieure des Arts Appliqués Duperré and training as a stylist, Anne-Sophie worked for almost 20 years with luxury brands. She worked as a scenographer, set designer and "VM" (visual merchandiser) for Baccarat, Buccellati, Lacoste and Ladurée.
Now, a new blank page is opening up, and work on timelessness is beginning, out of time, out of fashion. Like her dresses, which you can make your own by wearing them in your own style.
Part of my family, on my father's side, comes from the West Indies. It has always been, and always will be, a source of inspiration. In the 70s and 80s, my aunt owned a smock and tapestry store on rue de Grenelle in Paris. I have fond memories of it, as well as some of her archives. That's when it all clicked, as if it were obvious.
This collection of nightgowns is made up of all these experiences, imbued with my personal emotions: a pronounced taste for mixes in decoration, assemblies of styles and, a tendency to hunt everywhere, all the time for as long as I can remember.
I like to bring all the different eras together in a way that strikes the right balance. All this naturally found its way into my designs, with chic and lightness.
