  • Has my order been registered?
    After validating your order and proceeding to secure payment, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address linked to your account. Your order will be displayed in your account under the heading My account/My orders. If you haven't received the confirmation e-mail despite having validated your order, make sure that it hasn't been treated as SPAM and classified as "unwanted" mail in your mailbox. Also check that the address registered when you created your account is valid.
  • Where can I see the details of my order?
    You can find details of all your orders in your account, under My account and My orders. Click on the order of your choice to view its details.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    All orders are dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days. Orders placed after midday (12h) on a working day will be dispatched the following day, except in the case of Fridays, when they will be dispatched on the following working Monday. .
  • How do you use my personal data?
    All information concerning you is used by Anne-Sophie d'Amiens in order to invoice you, deliver to you and contact you if necessary. This information is never communicated to a third party.
